Professionals Experience

Tasha began her career at FACS in 2006 as a part-time Administrative Assistant with a background in academic mentoring and a few years of experience in administration. She quickly developed her operational skills and took on additional responsibilities, eventually necessitating the development of a new job position, Project Coordinator. Ms. Pierce continued to develop her operational and project management skills, filling many necessary roles over her time with FACS in the Sacramento office and beyond. She is skilled in invoicing and accounting, office operations, project management, client management, budget management, staff development, and mentoring. Tasha worked her way up and in early 2020 was promoted to Assistant Director of the Sacramento office. While in this position, she helped drive operational performance through process management and improvements that resulted in positive change for both clients and employees. In addition to this, Tasha took over the project management of all wildfire smoke and fit testing projects that are managed out of the Sacramento office. Most recently, she was promoted to the position of Director. As the Director of the Sacramento office, Tasha continues to utilize her strengths for project management, organization, and operational efficiency while enhancing her leadership and supervisory skills.
