Professional Experience

As a Senior Project Manager, Luke Nienhaus is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with more than 14 years of broad occupational, environmental, health and safety consulting experience, with special emphasis in indoor environmental quality, industrial hygiene, and due diligence focusing on occupational exposures, asbestos, lead-based paint, and microbial contamination. He has extensive experience conducting large-scale asbestos inspections, microbial investigations, water damage remediation oversight, and lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments in schools, offices, industrial facilities, government buildings, and residences. He has recently focused efforts on building health sciences, including sustainable indoor air quality in response to the current pandemic.
