Job Responsibilities:

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for maintaining successful relationships with our clients, creating new relationships, and developing new opportunities. The right individual will be able to:

  • Build consistent and ongoing relationships with clients
  • Look for new opportunities with existing clients
  • Develop and foster new client relationships
  • Pass leads on to the California Sales Manager to follow-up
  • Comfortable with meeting with clients and potential clients in person
  • Thorough understanding of the products and services to recommend
  • Participation in trade shows and association events
  • Coordinating with these groups to maintain FACS presence and participation
  • Daily interaction with Sales Team & Project Managers
  • Attend weekly Sales Team Meetings


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service setting
  • Experience or knowledge of sales techniques
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Strong computer technical skills with the ability to learn new programs easily. Includes knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using NetSuite a plus
