The EPA requires every Local Education Agency (school district or other authority responsible for the administration of elementary and secondary schools, whether public, private, or charter) to designate an individual responsible for ensuring compliance with asbestos regulations affecting schools. This course will train attendees on these requirements and provide additional information to help districts reduce liability risks related to hazardous building materials.
