Early in his career, Dan built a health and safety platform for a large staffing company with thirty-two locations, covering 6 states and accounting for over 15,000 temporary workers. By creating strong client partnerships, Dan was able to work with employers to help them reduce their risks, lower their operating costs and improve employee morale. Dan is able to understand and work within intricacies associated with differing industries. His clients included manufacturing, light industrial, retail, high tech, medical, property management and professional services. He has collaborated with legal counsel, safety professionals, government entities, business owners and insurers to implement best practices in liability management.

In addition, Dan worked extensively in operations and has experience in managing teams. He has also worked comprehensively with clients and developed strategic partnerships. Dan’s operations experience helped him understand the necessity for cross-departmental process efficiency, and help employees not only understand their role within the organization but how their department impacts the organization as a whole. This understanding on team coordination and large-scale impact is critical to help eliminate waste.
