At an MLB Stadium, a pipe main burst on the top floor flooding all suites, the clubhouse, and all the way down to the dugouts. FACS was in charge of completing a mold assessment for 20% of the stadium during the off season. The project took 3-4 months to complete, and FACS worked smoothly with the client’s legal counsel, attorney, and insurance company.
The stadium was a unique setting compared to working in an occupied building. Full access was allowed for this project from the client, allowing FACS technicians to do what needed to get done which entailed tearing apart a section of the stadium. The timeline for this project was tight, from November to early April, as all work including repairs needed to be completed prior to the season resuming.
